Ingredients
  • 2 pound salmon, with skin
  • 0 Salt & Pepper
  • 0 asparagus
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoon White wine
Directions
  • Preheat the Copper Chef pan for 4 minutes on medium heat.
  • Place salmon, skin side down, in the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the yellow squash and asparagus around the sides of the pan.
  • Add sweet chili sauce and wine.
  • Place the lid on the pan.
  • Cook on medium heat until desired doneness or about 10 minutes.
  • Serve.
